The route goes from Caranga de Abajo - Caranga de Arriba - Embalse de Valdemurio - Vega - Bárzana - Santa Marina. It is an easy trail: good surface, gentle slopes and no significant technical sections.

The trail runs through Proaza, Quirós, between Caranga de Abajo - Caranga de Arriba - Embalse de Valdemurio - Vega - Bárzana - Santa Marina.
